Office Policies
- New Clients: To streamline your first visit, please complete all necessary intake and consent forms online prior to your appointment. This will allow us to maximize your session time and ensure a smooth experience.
- Appointment Cancellation Policy: We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of 50% the price of your scheduled appointment. As a courtesy to us and other guests, we have a 24 hour cancellation policy. We understand sometimes circumstances beyond our control, aka "life", happen so please just let us know if you can not keep your appointment. If your appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hour notice, you will be charged 50% of your service. NO SHOWS WILL BE CHARGED THE FULL PRICE OF THE SERVICE.
- Late arrival: To maximize your treatment benefits, please arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session, yet the full price will still apply.
- Illness: To protect the health and well-being of our clients and staff, we kindly request that you reschedule your appointment if you are experiencing any symptoms of illness, such as a cold, flu, or COVID-19. Your understanding is appreciated.
- Gift Certificates: Gift certificates must be redeemed within 12 months of the purchase date. The full value of the gift certificate must be used in a single session. No refunds will be issued.
- Medical History: To ensure the best possible care, please inform us of any changes to your medical history at the beginning of each session. This includes new diagnoses, medications, or any other relevant updates.
- Hygiene: To maintain a clean and healthy environment for all clients, we kindly request that you practice good personal hygiene. This includes showering or bathing before your appointment.
- Payment: Payment for services is due in full at the time of your appointment. We accept CASH - CHECK - VISA - DISCOVER - MASTERCARD - HSA - VENMO - ZELLE. A receipt will be provided upon request for your records or insurance purposes.
- Children: To ensure a peaceful and relaxing environment for all clients, we kindly request that children accompany adults only if they have a scheduled appointment. While we have a waiting area, we recommend leaving children at home for your convenience and to maintain a tranquil atmosphere. For the health and well-being of our clients, please refrain from bringing sick children to the studio.
