Crafting a haven of well-being at Carbon Valley Integrative Therapies is my passion. My roles are diverse, but my dedication to helping others thrive remains constant.

My passion for understanding the human body and its healing potential ignited in childhood. Today, I translate that passion into personalized well-being journeys for each client, drawing from a diverse palette of therapeutic touch, movement, and holistic practices.

I believe in treating everyone with the same level of care, respect, and compassion I extend to my loved ones. My approach is simple: to listen deeply, understand your unique needs, and craft a blend of therapies that resonates with your body and spirit.

My journey began at Colorado State University, where I delved into Health and Exercise Science. In 2004, Boulder College of Massage Therapy equipped me with the skills of orthopedic and sports massage, along with myofascial release, trigger point, kinesiology taping, IASTM, and cupping therapies. But my toolbox extends beyond massage.

I am a Usui Reiki Master, channeling universal energy for deep relaxation and inner balance. And, having trained under Elyse McNergney at IM=X Pilates and Merrithew STOTT PILATES, I guide clients towards strength and grace on various Pilates apparatus. To further enhance the holistic experience, I offer Yomassage, a mind-body mind-body experience where restorative stretches, mindfulness meditation, and therapeutic touch intertwine to create a truly rejuvenating experience. Additionally, I’m a certified clinical skincare specialist from the Aveda Institute, crafting personalized treatments that not only nourish your skin but also elevate your senses.

To further personalize your journey, I also offer bespoke wellness IV infusions. These potent blends of essential nutrients and hydrates can complement your other therapies, addressing specific needs and boosting your overall well-being from within.
