I’m thrilled to announce that the new online appointment scheduling system, Vagaro, will be fully operational for all services on January 1st, 2025! This user-friendly system will make scheduling and managing your appointments a breeze.
Here's what you can expect:
Effortless Scheduling: Book and manage your appointments conveniently online at any time.
Confirmation Reminders: Receive confirmation texts/emails 72 hours before and reminder texts/emails 24 hours before your session. This allows ample time to reschedule or cancel if needed.
Cancellation Policy:
As a small business owner, your appointments are crucial to my livelihood. To ensure the sustainability of my business, I kindly ask for a minimum of 24-hour notice for rescheduling or cancellation to avoid a 50% cancellation fee. No-shows will be charged the full price of the service.
Payment Update:
Effective January 1st, 2025, I will no longer be accepting Venmo or Zelle payments. This is due to multiple requests from my new accountant to have all clientele pay via credit, debit, HSA/Flex, cash, or check.
Price Adjustment:
Effective January 1st, 2025, there will be a small increase in service fees. This adjustment is necessary to allow me to continue providing top-notch services, purchase the latest equipment and technology, and invest in ongoing training and education.
60 Minute Sessions $105
90 Minute Sessions $155
Financial Considerations:
If this price increase creates a financial hardship, please don't hesitate to reach out. I'm committed to working with you to ensure continued access to my services.
Illness: To protect the health and well-being of our clients and staff, we kindly request that you reschedule your appointment if you are experiencing any symptoms of illness, such as a cold, flu, or COVID-19. Your understanding is appreciated. For the health and well-being of our clients, please refrain from bringing sick children to the studio.
